Solved really want a plugin that will stop selected vehicles from randomly spawning on the map

I noticed that there is already a paid mod that will do half of what I want to do on my server which is make vehicles craft able but I dont want them to randomly spawn on the map. I would literally pay for a plugin like this. Also as an added bonus if they could be put into a vending machine that would be nice.
