No Outdoor Objects: Queue system for removal

Hi,

I don't know if it would be beneficial, but it feels like it would be in my mind.. Adding a max (configurable) removal of items per frame. So for high pop/entities servers, there's less of an issue with this running when entities are spammed.

How it works now - when something spawned it gets checked to remove in X seconds, so it shouldn't make much problems for performance like removing a lot in one frame/tick. But i was thinking about more efficent and professional way to clear stuff (making lists, slowly checking, etc)
