Item Bank missing object

Item bank calls error with red text saying missing object. Can not open Item bank anymore due to this issue.
This is with newest current Oxide and Plugin version 2.1.1

Hello, I didn't quite know where to write about a question I had... It is regarding the note plugin. I'm curious if with that plugin you are able to change the icon as well, or just the title of the note. Thank you.

I can add option for changing skin id after you purchase it
