Item Bank - Disappearing items

When trying to swap out an item in my bank for one that is blacklisted, it warns me about the blacklist and removes the item from the item bank but then it disappears (it does not get placed back into my inventory). The item I'm trying to replace with it stays in my inventory and is not affected.
