Solved Chat Responder delay in response

I could swear someone asked for this but didn't see it.

Sometimes players know it's a bot right away due to the speed of response and at least for me, I like the bot to feel like a real player. It would be nice if the bot took a few seconds to respond.

Potentially having it configurable to have a delay would be nice. I can imagine 5 seconds to be a default.

Bumpy - I would still love to see this. It would make the bot really convincing.
