BrokenItemsCleaner Working??

Hi, is BrokenItemsCleaner working as intended? im asking because my entity count has risen to 408k and when i installed the cs file i got feedback from console that it loaded properly and this was the last message from the plugin "[Broken Items Cleaner] Checking 408733 entities, it will take a while"

FYI : servers been quiet recently maybe 5 people (approx)
