Admin Restrict: Whitelist instead of blocked commands QOL

Would it be possible to add a section in to block ALL commands and have a whitelist for usable commands.
Almost the reverse of what it is now as the commands available to a mod are extensive. It's like you'd have fewer whitelisted than blocked.

Thats a bit bad idea, because there are a lot of commands for normal actions (example: turning on/off furnace). Idk full list, so if we will make it that way we can get a lot of problems :(
