Solved Access Issue [Effects Menu]

Greetings. Since there are no permissions with the Effects Menu plugin, players on my server have accidentally been able to access the menu and were spawning things. I had to delete the plugin because of this. Could you please fix this by adding an auth 1/2 requirement?
