You need to add check in your SpawnNPC plugin. On my end hook utilisation is made properly, also SpawnNPC utilises hook wrong according to hook usage guideline from uMod/Oxide

Thats probably true, i will think how to fix that better since i planned remaking plugin

Long story short - Chat messages broken because of missing libs. Thats same why you dont see kits or commants/etc

Hey, i know why, but i am not sure oxide will fix their problem (they removed part of libraries but keep code for them), so i will manage that soon
