Question about anti-esp

I was just wondering if the invisible boxes are as delayed as they are in the video. This may turn some people off my server even tho i advertise it as "anticheat" i fear the random players will mistake this for server lag. Is there any newer info on this plugin, as i am insanly interested but i dont want it to make my server look laggy.

You can change the refresh rate, but they will still blink usually. Btw they should blink only once when you see them for first time
