Solved NPCBases 1.1.5 spawns still suck

Bases spawn inside other bases (and way to close together), all bases spawn on beach, bases spawn in rocks, and bases spawn right or in monuments.

Thanks, I didn't have that installed. So I installed it and its a little better but still needs some work. Bases spawn on hills and big parts of the base are under the map and up in the air at the same time (not sure if there can be a check for foundation not underground or in the air). Also had a few bases sawn in a monument. They are no longer on the beach for the most part so that is nice.

Had some bases floating in the air above the trainyard and other places. Also had a few spawn in rocks again.

Updated random positions, now it must be more accurate. Tell me if problem will appear again
