Solved NPC Bases

I am debating on getting this plugin but I have a couple questions:

First under you have listed
Requires https://umod.org/plugins/random-positions
https://www.chaoscode.io/resources/random-spawnpoints.3/
https://umod.org/plugins/power-spawn

I am guessing you just need 1 of those not all 3 since when I tried to load all 3 my server kicked out the following error:
Calling hook OnPlayerRespawn resulted in a conflict between the following plugins: RandomSpawns - BasePlayer+SpawnPoint (SpawnPoint), PowerSpawn (BasePlayer+SpawnPoint (SpawnPoint))

And secondly are there base designs included with the plugin for the bases to be created?

you need just one and no bases come with but he did put the test base in this chat
