Currently, the chat responder works on phrases. In chat, someone must say a very specific series of words. This words well, but requires you to create a lot of triggers. This is because it's so exact.
Let's say you wanted a responder to tell people how to ride a horse.
You'll need to create all these triggers:
"how do you ride a horse",
"how do you make a horse yours",
"how do you tame a horse",
"how do you get a horse"
and the list goes on and on.
If the chat responder looked to see if the words in the trigger existed in the chat, you could create much simpler triggers that cover multiple chat messages. Also, phrases or keywords should both work.
For instance, you could use something like this:
"how horse
That would cover all of the above phrases and anything you didn't think of which assures more responses.
