Thanks Orange. After the the latest forced updates, now when using the command like above, it alternates between allowing access and not every time a player uses the command.

Great improvements in 2.0+! I am experiencing this complication, however: When I use the chosen command w/o the trailing bank shortname, it tries to access the bank "any", and it seems to be looking for a permission for it, b/c it tells me I don't have access even though I do have permissions...

When trying to swap out an item in my bank for one that is blacklisted, it warns me about the blacklist and removes the item from the item bank but then it disappears (it does not get placed back into my inventory). The item I'm trying to replace with it stays in my inventory and is not affected.
