A new skill system that will be linked to your XP system,
it should have a GUI interface where players can add points to different skills,the types of skill you have in the second file,

With your XP system, the player gets each level point / point, which in the plugin will give a certain ability
Permise for use and groups,console command and chat to add a point, command to add a level of skill (type) to the player
