What Econ Plugs would I need for..

As the title reads, I am looking to set up a Econ format that I already am including with these plugs loaded
Economics
Server Rewards
Rust Rewards
Cash System
Death Penalty
Compound Options
The problem is I believe I have all the parts, I am just confused at how to arrange them.
The basic premise is this.
I am looking to set a player with 1000$ upon spawning. At spawn, each player is put onto a separate Island with a Compound/Outpost. Initially they are set up with 1k and they will go to a compound vendor to buy their gear instead of using Kits. PvP/PvE - Time Played - Raiding & Looting will all be rewarded with more $.
Death Penalty is pretty explanatory but what I am ultimately attempting to do is using the itemID for Notes in game, I will re skin the Notes with a Money skin. This will be used as a currency to buy from Vendors Tier 3 items. Loot can also be gotten from NPC kills in the form of Note/$
Question I have is, how do I tie all this together
Anyone actually willing to help me on this would eternally have my gratitude. I have 4 days..lol
