Unapproved NPC Bases: InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid.

After using "npcbases spawn test4" in console Screenshot of game console I get this in the RCON " InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid." (Screenshot). So, did the base spawn somewhere random on the map or not? I'm on the latest version.
