Solved Loadout: Does not keep ammo loaded/auto adding config lines after deleted

While being able to set loadouts after saving the loadout it is improperly giving the correct amount of ammo into the weapons. It also does not give the correct amount of ammunition into the inventory to compensate for the loss of ammunition in the weapon.
