Prefab Paid Building Supplies v2

A building supply yard with 6 scientists guarding the area. A small electrical puzzle with a blue door, opens to an elite crate. A few otehr small loot spawns around including 1 diesel barrel, 6 loot barrels, 2 fuel barrels, 2 normal_2 crates (Wooden box) and 1 normal crate (Like on top of dome).

When a player puts a fuse in the puzzle the orange spinning light will turn on.
