Container settings only changes chest settings like size or filters, it can't despawn it.

That means you need to setup your config correctly

What you mean by disappear? Items disappear? Chests disappear?

Just to 1 million (1000000), or maybe 10million. It will restock really quick so i dont think anyone will notice

What you mean by "everything vanished on a restart" and "it removes all boxes tc vending machines and recyclers even the ones at outpost and supermarkets disappear"?
